Don’t forget to blink and maintain a distance
You should maintain a minimum 15-18 inches distance from your device, as it is not even difficult to watch your smartphone content from this distance, if not so you can zoom out the screen to maintain the distance and be able to see it clearly.
Blink your eyes from time to time as we tend not to blink more when looking at the screen. Subconsciously, we become so focused on what we are watching that we simply stare at the device.
Ensure the lightning of your room
You should maintain the balance between the more and low light in your room. Actually less light in your room is better for the eyes, it helps you not to focus on the computer screen but if your room or office is too bright, use fluorescent lights and close your curtains.
